Karrueche Tran is ready to testify against ex Chris Brown following death threats and alleged incidents of physical assault, according to a new report.
The aspiring actress served the singer a restraining order on Friday following his birthday party, after months of attempting to process court papers claims TMZ.
In a sworn statement she said he recently 'told a few people that he was going to kill me.'
Chris has been accused of beating Tran throughout their relationship which began in 2012, in addition to incidents where he reportedly kicked her down stairs, punched her in the stomach, and made ongoing death threats.
The Virginia native was delivered court papers early Friday morning while celebrating his 28th birthday at a nightclub in Houston.
Apparently it took two months and multiple attempts to deliver the documents to the Turn Up The Music singer.
According to California law, a person not connected to the case or a professional server must identify the defendant and inform them they are delivering court papers to them.
